Montverde Academy’s Music Conservatory was the vision of Head of School Dr. Kasey Kesselring. A classically trained musician, Dr. Kesselring understands the importance of music in every student’s life and built a program that fosters, encourages, and educates young musicians for students who excel in musical arts.
Conservatory students meet their academic requirements during the morning and spend every afternoon with the music faculty in lessons and rehearsals. Our Conservatory is unique in the breadth and depth of major fields of study including Vocal Music, Instrumental Strings Music, and Piano.
At the heart of a Conservatory experience is an engaging and challenging academic environment where students can achieve at the highest academic levels and pursue focused studies in music and theatre arts. Beyond the classroom, students can participate in fine arts, athletics, school clubs, and service organizations while our international character adds an exciting dimension to the educational experience. As a member of the Conservatory program, students are educated, refined, and prepared for the next level in their music career with a balance of academics and fine arts.
