A Comprehensive, High-Commitment Program
The Theatre Conservatory demands dedication and a deep commitment to your craft. Students are prepared for success through a combination of academics, hands-on training, and collaboration.
- Rigorous Training: Weekly workshops, intensives, and specialized classes in acting, movement, music, and/or technical theatre, taught by both Montverde Academy faculty and guest artists.
- Practical Experience: Students are guaranteed casting in at least two productions per season and gain valuable on-stage experience through school productions.
- Competitions & Festivals: Students participate in Thespian Festivals, showcasing solos, scenes, and technical work, gaining exposure and recognition.
- Portfolio Development: Build a professional portfolio and create audition pieces in preparation for college applications and future career opportunities.
- Senior Year Focus: Conclude your journey with a student-led, performance-based presentation and portfolio review.
