Dance Training & Technique

Our program provides students with comprehensive technical training in a variety of dance styles, ensuring mastery of movement and versatility across genres

  • Master dance techniques in multiple disciplines (ballet, modern, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, etc.) to perform confidently in any setting.  
  • Build proficiency in core techniques while exploring innovative movement styles and new forms of expression.  
  • Gain hands-on experience through recitals, performances, and collaborations with music and theatre students.

Artistic & Creative Growth

We prioritize the development of each student’s unique artistic voice, encouraging them to think creatively and push the boundaries of their craft. 

  • Engage in creative exercises, improvisation, and collaborative projects to unlock individual expression.  
  • Focus on self-expression and emotional storytelling, ensuring students can connect with their audience.  
  • Foster innovation and exploration, helping students discover their own artistic identity in the dance world.

Dance Theory & Critique

Our curriculum goes beyond physical training by integrating dance theory, history, and critical analysis to develop a deeper understanding of the art form.  

  • Study dance history, aesthetics, and choreography to understand dance in cultural and historical contexts.  
  • Develop the ability to critically analyze, interpret, and deconstruct both classical and contemporary works.  
  • Cultivate the skills to communicate artistic ideas and contribute to choreography, teaching, and critique.

Integration with Music & Theatre

Students collaborate with the Music and Theatre Conservatories to gain real-world performance experience in dynamic, multi-disciplinary settings.  

  • Work alongside musicians, actors, and designers to enhance performance skills and interpret music and theatre collaboratively.  
  • Participate in cross-disciplinary projects that offer practical experience and exposure to the collaborative nature of the arts.  
  • Perform in diverse productions, integrating dance with music and theatre for fully realized artistic expression.
