"I am so proud of the way our swimmers and coaching staff represented MVA at the State Championships," said Guilherme Ferreira, head swim coach. "We earned personal records in almost all of our events, which shows what they have the potential to achieve through their hard work and dedication to practice and focus during competitions. As a team, we are proud of what we have achieved and hungry for the next challenges that push us to keep building our capabilities. I personally would like to thank coach Fred, coach Gina, Mrs. Phiri, Mr. Rodriguez, our amazing parents, and all the MVA staff for the great support. I was not present in Stuart at the meet as I became a dad for the first time one day before the trip. Congrats again to our swimmers, you make us proud!"

Congratulations to all of our student-athletes!
