First Lower School Snow Ball was Fun for All!

The Lower School hosted its first Snow Ball and the results were truly magical! As students and parents entered Tanner Hall in Winter Garden, they were caught up in the excitement of the evening. Everyone enjoyed photos with princesses Cinderella and Tiana, who were featured guests that danced the night away with all of the special guests.
There were a host of activities for children to enjoy – a balloon artist, a hair and makeup station, frame making to put photos in, and a snowball toss game. Delicious food was provided, topped off with a decadent ice cream sundae and hot chocolate bar. Renee Adams, DJ entertainment, kept the energy sky high and the dance floor packed by playing great music for dancing, singing and fun games. The Daddy Dance Off contest had kids and parents cheering on the brave dads who took on the challenge – congrats to Curt Busby who took home the title!
Congratulations to the raffle prize winners who took home great prizes from Disney, Studio Movie Grill, H2O Live Waterpark, and more. This event is a new MVA tradition in the making as students and parents raved “It was so much FUN!” “It was an impeccable and magical event.” “I had so much fun watching these kiddos have a BALL!”
A very big thank you to the Parents’ Association who hosted the event. The committee members included Charlotte JeBailey, Lagrane Jefferson, Kalena Meyers, Trisha-Ann Robbins, and April Sayer. Thank you to all of the student and adult volunteers whose time, energy and efforts were critical to the event being so successful.
