Jeffrey Osterman Joins MVA Development Team

Jeffrey Osterman joins MVA as the inaugural executive director of the Montverde Academy Athletic Booster Club. With roots in sports, he will be responsible for recruiting and retaining Booster Club members, whose support is vital to the Academy’s robust Athletics Program. He joins MVA from Wichita State University where he served as the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. Prior to that, he spent 12 seasons at the University of South Florida as the Associate Head of Women’s Basketball and also coached at Fordham University, College of Central Florida, Albertus Magnus College, St. Thomas Aquinas College, and Russell Sage College.
During his tenure as a coach, Osterman was an integral part of each program’s sponsorship and marketing efforts. He earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Siena College in Loudonville, New York. Upon graduation, he pursued and enjoyed a successful career as a collegiate coach. He is looking forward to returning to Florida, and is poised to utilize his academic and experiential background to serve in an athletic and corporate fundraising capacity.
“Jeff’s passion for athletics is undeniable and his experience in cultivating and retaining athletic boosters during his collegiate coaching career will be an asset to the MVA Athletic Booster Club effort,” said Dr. Kasey Kesselring, Headmaster. “We look forward to Jeff’s contribution to our fundraising efforts.”
Welcome to the MVA family Mr. Osterman.
