Media Arts Wins Four Suncoast Student Production Awards

Montverde Academy Media Arts has earned four Suncoast Student Production Awards from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Suncoast Chapter Student Production Awards. The Suncoast Student Production Award encourages the pursuit of excellence in video production and focuses public attention on outstanding achievements produced by college, university and high school students.
MVA students Lilly Anderson, Elizabeth Buzbee, Allison Fitzgerald, and Molly Smith, along with Sage Croft, a Windermere High School student, won for their work on Short Form Fiction, for “I Don’t Know;” in the PSA category for “Dear America:  A Film by Generation Z;” the Commercial category for “Rules for Girls – Adidas;” and in the Writing category, Molly Smith earned a student craft award in writing. From here, these pieces will now move on to be considered in the national competition.
The Suncoast Student Production Awards were held at The University of Miami on April 27, 2019. We congratulate the students their success!
