The Admission Committee evaluates applicants on the basis of:
- The applicant’s non-refundable application form
- The applicant’s academic and social history, including:
- School and teacher recommendations
- Academic reports
- Admission test scores
Criteria for admission also depends on an applicant’s ability and desire to commit to Montverde Academy and its challenging academic, college preparatory program.
- Montverde Academy admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities made available to students at the Academy.
- Montverde Academy does not discriminate on the basis of disability, race, national, and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, athletic, and other school-administered programs.
- Special consideration is given to qualified children of faculty, alumni, and siblings currently attending the Academy.
