Clubs & Organizations

MS Jr Honor Society

Through clubs and student organizations, our Middle School students have the opportunity to explore common interests and engage deeply with their peers through purposeful work. These experiences help students discover how they can make a difference, serve the school community, and represent Montverde in partnerships with local and national organizations. Here are some of the key opportunities available:

  • Leadership Program: Develop leadership skills and contribute to school initiatives.
  • Student Government Association (SGA): Work on projects that impact the school community and represent classmates’ voices.
  • Yearbook Club: Contribute to documenting and shaping the school's story through the creation of the yearbook.
  • Robotics Team: Build problem-solving and teamwork skills while working on technology-focused projects.
  • National Junior Honor Society (NJHS): Invite-only membership for students excelling in academics, leadership, and community engagement.
  • Builders Club: A service organization sponsored by Kiwanis International where students actively participate in community service projects.
  • Junior International Thespian Society: A platform for students passionate about theater to develop their craft and showcase their talents.

These clubs and organizations allow students to cultivate a sense of pride, develop leadership skills, and discover activities they may want to continue pursuing in Upper School and beyond.
