Students Receive Free CPR Training

Students Receive Free CPR Training

On Friday, January 17, Upper School students participated in a free CPR training course, a project led by 11th grade student Nybia Rivera-Alvarez. “I think it's very important that we know how to act in [emergency] situations,” said Nybia. “The structured curriculum [of the course] ensures that students receive comprehensive guidance, practice, and feedback on effective CPR techniques, empowering them with the confidence to act in emergencies.”

A huge thank-you to Mr. Dave Morey, an American Heart Association Instructor, for teaching the course and donating his time and expertise and to the Tri-County Heart Institute for supporting the course.
