Cross country is an opportunity for the student-athlete who enjoys competing individually while being part of a team. They will be challenged to push themselves during practice and meets.
The cross country team is invited to participate in several invitational meets throughout the season including the Gator at the University of Florida and the Walt Disney World Classic. This past season Montverde Academy hosted their first home meet in many years. The course tours the athletes throughout the entire campus challenging to their competitiveness and self-drive. |
