Administration and faculty homes are located on or near Montverde Academy's 125-acre campus. This provides an opportunity for students, faculty, and the administration to build a community by interacting in a positive social and educational environment. Administrators and faculty are assigned rotational schedules that ensure supervision and availability to students during after-school hours and on weekends. |

Arnold Hall is a dormitory for boys in grades 11 and 12. It is able to house up to 70 boys. Two houseparents live in Arnold Hallץt least one adult is on duty at all times. All of the rooms in Arnold Hall are air-conditioned and heated.
All dormitories have large recreation rooms and are equipped with televisions, games, microwaves, snack and soft drink machines, washers/dryers, Internet connections, and telephones. |

Carpenter Hall is a dormitory for boys in grades seven through 10. It is able to house up to 70 boys. Two housemothers or housefathers live in Carpenter Hall - at least one adult is on duty at all times. All of the rooms in Carpenter Hall are air-conditioned and heated.
All dormitories have large recreation rooms and are equipped with televisions, games, microwaves, snack and soft drink machines, washers/dryers, Internet connections, and telephones. |

Koivu- Patterson Hall is a dormitory for girls in grades 11 and 12. It is able to house up to 100 girls. There is a housemother in residence on each floor. This three-story structure was completely rebuilt in 2002 and has central air-conditioning and heating.
