About Montverde Academy Summer Day Camp
We are entering our 10th year offering our day camp. Each year we look to continue our excellent tradition of building great memories and more importantly, offer a safe and fun environment for your camper to go during the day.
Our goal is create and build relationships with your camper. We want them to be excited when they get out of bed in the morning and look forward to camp the next day.
Daily activities include swimming, fishing, soccer, baseball, kickball, art, dodgeball, capture the flag, and many, many more. Often times our counselors and/or campers introduce a new fun and exciting game everyone enjoys!!
The first week of every session all campers will go on a field trip. Traditionally, we go to West Orange 5 Cinema to watch a movie. On the last day of each session, we have what many campers consider to be the best day of camp: BIG WATER FUN DAY!!!! The campers spend the day at the pool where they can swim or play on blow up water slides. As you know these days can be very hot and sunny here in Florida, we take several breaks throughout the day for the campers to reapply their sunblock.

Montverde Academy's campus is located on 125 beautiful acres in Montverde, Florida on Lake Florence. The air-conditioned Activities Building will be the main center for camp!
