Dear Parents:

 

Please visit www.montverde.net to download the Matriculation Packet. Please click on downloads and then click on Admissions. There you will be able to locate the Matriculation Packet for the appropriate division ready to be downloaded and printed.

 

The Matriculation Packet provides new and returning families with pertinent information and required forms for the school year. We encourage families to complete the forms as soon as possible and return the completed forms to Montverde Academy prior to the student’s arrival to campus. This will ensure your child a successful transition into the Montverde Academy community.

 

Please pay particular attention to the Requirements for Registration section. These requirements are very important and must be completed in order for your child to be eligible to register for the upcoming school year. When completing the forms, it is not necessary to print the entire packet. Please print and submit the completed forms that require signatures and/or needed information.

 

Also included in the packet is the Permission for Release of Final Transcript form for newly admitted students only. Please complete the form and submit to your child’s current school as soon as possible. In order to complete scheduling for your child, final transcripts must be received. Returning students do not need to submit the Permission for Release of Final Transcript form.

 

The Summer Reading List is also available for download from www.montverde.net. Summer reading is required for new and returning Middle and Upper School students.
