centennial news...
A century before there was a mulit-million dollar campus, there was a working farm and school. The Montverde Industrial School opened its doors on September 23, 1912. Since that time, the school has changed tremendously. A special edition of the Tower magazine is being planned, and we would love for you to submit your memories and photos of Montverde Academy through the years. If you would like to volunteer for the committee or submit a story or photo for consideration for the Centennial Issue of the Tower magazine, please send your stories to kalena.meyers@montverde.org.
A year-long celebration is planned to celebrate Montverde Academy's 100th birthday. Many activities are being planned on and off campus during the 2012-2013 school year. We are currently looking for committee members including faculty, alumni and parents to help plan and promote the celebration.
