Campus Administration Building
The Walter L. Stephens, Jr. Administration Building is where several of the administrative staff offices are located. The Headmaster, Business Manager, Dean of Admission, and Director of Technology have offices in this building. The regular office hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. One administrative staff member is on duty on Saturday and Sunday.

Fine Arts Building
The Sandra O. Stephens Fine Arts Center is the perfect setting for students to explore their artistic talents. The facility is able to seat up to 446 people in the theatre/auditorium. It also contains music rooms, art rooms, a photography room and a dance studio.
A Fine Arts Program has been integrated into the academic curriculum. It meets the needs of all students who are interested in drama, dance, music and art.

Library and Media Center
The George H. Rast Library contains in excess of 17,000 volumes and over 35 periodicals. The library is a modern facility well stocked with research materials, leisure time reading materials, a computer lab, college information, occupational information, and other useful materials. The library offers a wireless internet connection throughout the building so that students can access the web via wireless connection using their personal laptop computers. Within the newly renovated library, we have added a new study hall classroom and a state-of-the-art computer classroom. The study hall accommodates 40 students and the computer classroom includes 28 new computers. The Advancement Offices, Director of College Counseling, Director of International Student Academic Development and Dean of External Program Development are also housed in the library along with French and Spanish classrooms.

MacKenzie Building
The MacKenzie Building provides well-equipped air-conditioned classrooms. In addition, administrative offices for the Assistant Headmaster, Dean of the Upper School, Dean of International & Domestic Student Services and Director of Counseling are located in the MacKenzie building.

Arnold Hall
Arnold Hall is a dormitory for boys in grades 11 and 12. It is able to house up to 70 boys. Two houseparents live in Arnold Hall and at least one adult is on duty at all times. All of the rooms in Arnold Hall are air-conditioned and heated. All dormitories have large recreation rooms and are equipped with televisions, games, microwaves, snack and soft drink machines, washers/dryers, Internet connections, and telephones.

Carpenter Hall
Carpenter Hall is a dormitory for boys in grades seven through 10. It is able to house up to 70 boys. Two housemothers or housefathers live in Carpenter Hall and at least one adult is on duty at all times. All of the rooms in Carpenter Hall are air-conditioned and heated. All dormitories have large recreation rooms and are equipped with televisions, games, microwaves, snack and soft drink machines, washers/dryers, Internet connections, and telephones.

Koivu-Patterson Hall
Koivu-Patterson Hall is a dormitory for girls in grades 11 and 12. It is able to house up to 100 girls. There is a housemother in residence on each floor. This three-story structure was completely rebuilt in 2002 and has central air-conditioning and heating. All dormitories have large recreation rooms and are equipped with televisions, games, microwaves, snack and soft drink machines, washers/dryers, Internet connections, and telephones.

Duncan Bell Tower
The focal point of the Montverde Academy campus is the bell tower named after Carl Duncan of Tavares, Florida who served on the Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees for 42 years. The Tower is six stories high and can be seen for miles from neighboring hills. The bell dates back over 100 years in Florida history. It was used in a Central Florida church before the school acquired this treasure. The bell is still used on special occasions.

Chapel
The Chapel is a traditional structure that is accented by lovely woodcarved pews. Special events are often held in this beautiful building. The Middle School assembly also takes place in the Chapel every Wednesday.

Dining Hall
The Martha Bedell Dining Hall seats up to 300 people and has a modern fully-equipped kitchen. Well-balanced meals are provided for the students and faculty/staff each day. In addition, a salad bar accompanies both lunch and dinner, and fresh fruit is available at each meal. Students are expected to eat three meals a day. They are served cafeteria-style in the dining hall.

The Lower School
The DeWitt Family Center for Teaching and Learning opened in 2006. The brand new, state-of-the-art building resides on the site of the former Lowery Building. The facility has two classes per grade and features an integrated technology/media center, labs for computer and science, and separate rooms for art, drama and music. There is also a lower school library designed to interest and excite our young readers.

Science Building
The Jorn M. Kreke Science Building opened in 1992. The facility consists of a modern, well-equipped Chemistry/Physics laboratory, Biology laboratory, two lecture rooms, storage rooms and preparations areas.

Student Center
The Duncan Student Center provides the students with an opportunity to relax with friends and enjoy an occasional break from daily routines and requirements. The center is equipped with plenty of couches and tables, a television, drink machines and a microwave. The students may purchase snacks, basic school supplies and sundry items such as toothpaste and soap.

The Chen Family International Language Laboratory
The new Chen Family International Language Laboratory opened in the fall of 2009. The lab provides state-of-the-art technology to strengthen student development through the use of 45 individual work stations equipped with Sanako 300 and other language learning programs. Students also use the campus wide network to access online learning programs, do research and complete internet activities.

On Campus Housing
Administration and faculty homes are located on or near Montverde Academy's 125-acre campus. This provides an opportunity for students, faculty, and the administration to build a community by interacting in a positive social and educational environment. Administrators and faculty are assigned rotational schedules that ensure supervision and availability to students during after-school hours and on weekends.
